Which 2009 NBA teams will make it to the playoffs?

Well, your guess is as good as mine. I have been keeping track of the 2009 NBA Playoffs Schedule and has been following the recent games of the NBA regular season and to this date, it's safe to say the top teams for both conferences.

In West the top 5 teams that will surely make it to the playoffs are:
1. L.A. Lakers 48-11
2. San Antonio 39-18
3. Denver 39-20
4. Houston 37-21
5. Portland 36-22

New Orleans 35-22, Utah 35-23, and Dallas 35 23 are on 6th to 8th place respectively.

Lets move on to the Eastern Conference, with there own top 8 teams:
1. Cleveland 45-12
2. Boston 47-13
3. Orlando 42-16
4. Atlanta 33-25
5. Miami 30-27

Philadelphia 29-28, Detroit 28-29, and Milwaukee 28-33 are on 6th to 8th place respectively.
