Two of the top heavyweight division fighters are going to face each other in the upcoming UFC 102 Live fight this Saturday at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon on August 29, 2009. This is the first UFC event to be held in Portfland and local fans are already excited to Watch UFC 102 Live: Couture vs Nogueira fight and other preliminary showdown matches for that night.
Randy Couture, a former UFC Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight champion is stepping up in the main event to face Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, former PRIDE Heayweight and UFC Interim Heavyweight champion. This is one of those match ups that UFC and MMA fans think will never happen but this coming Saturday all eyes are set as two of this fighters paths finally meet.
This event will also feature the fight between Keith "The Dean of Mean" Jardine vs Brazilian powerhouse Thiago Silva. Keith has a professional record of 14-6-1 while Thiago Silva has 13-1-0 and both fighter weights 93 kg.
