The next event in the mixed martial arts series, UFC Fight Night 19: Diaz vs. Guillard comes from the Cox Convention Centre, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 16 September 2009. It’s the first time since December 1984 that the Ultimate Fighting Championship has returned to Oklahoma since Tulsa hosted UFC 4. The Cox convention centre has a 15,000 capacity and has recently joined Colorado, Nebraska, Florida and Tennessee in the UFC fight night series as hosting events.

His disqualification came about because his cornermen were greasing up his legs between rounds in a contest against Roger Huerta.He was released from prison in January 2009 after serving 6 months in a Houston jail for a parole violation and was banned by the NSAC for 8 months and fines over $2,000 for testing positive for cocaine after a fight with Joe Stevenson. His record of 22-7-2 with 1 no contest Could and should look a whole lot better.

Gray ‘The Bully’ Maynard put his undefeated record of 7-0 on the line when he competes against Roger Huerta. Carlos Condit known as ‘The Natural Born Killer’ is now schedule to fight Jake Ellenberger in this Welterweight contest after original opponent Chris Lytle was forced to pull out because of a knee injury. This is Ellenberger’s first fight in the UFC series. Also the main card sees 37 year old Nate ‘Rock’ Quarry compete against ex-navy recruit Tim ‘Crazy’ Credeur in the Middleweight division.
